Slowing down this autumn

Since moving to London life's been a constant spinning of events, where time is illusive and my to do list, ever-growing.  I can't help but smile every time I remember thinking the most challenging part of our transition would be submitting our rushed visa applications. But four months later we're settled into our little flat in Clapham, have had numerous visitors, and hopped to Europe a couple times.  To say  it's been whirlwind doesn't quite cover it. So in an effort to be more mindful this autumn season I'm conscious of slowing down enough to actually read this novel and do some seasonal baking.

This weekend we took it easy and saw Girl on the Train , picked up some squash at the local market to make this spaghetti squash pasta, and then spent our Saturday afternoon wandering through the British Museum. It's been a beautiful fall here in London so today we'll be exploring Greenwich park. I hope you're out making the most of these crisp autumn days! If you have time checkout the round up of my favourite things floating around the web this weekend.

I'm heading to NYC in a few days and I picked up this coat to keep me warm.
Heard of the 3 Percent Conference? The annual conference is kicking off in NYC and I can't wait to hear some #girlboss women light up the city
This alternative to the traditional apple pie made for a delicious, healthy Saturday night treat.
I am guilty of each of these but here's what you should be doing to be more productive throughout your day.
Because Halloween is around the corner and I still haven't found my costume.
Eyeing these leggings to help me start #doingthings this fall.

XOXO
